Using HomePortal
Please click the link below and login with your e-mail (or membership number) and the password (the one you set up while registering for HomePortal)
- Please make sure you are using the correct e-mail. This will be the email that you receive all correspondence from Nautilus.
- Click on the ‘Overview’ button on the left and you will see the current booking.
It gives you a summary of the member's classes and any actions required. In the below example, a top up payment is required.
- Click on the ‘More’ button (right) on the Overview screen OR
- Click the Member's name on the Menu on the left brings you to the below screen. This screen lists the coach’s name, competencies with the progress of each, number of sessions remaining and the date of the last session in the current term.
