Introduction to Swimming Club with Brompton SC
Brompton SC Intro to Swimming Club Sessions at SPGS Pool on Brook Green

As many of you know, Nautilus swimming will no longer be running large group lessons for our more experienced swimmers.
With this in mind we are very happy to now be able to offer our customers the opportunity to sign up for places in Brompton Swimming Clubs new “Intro to Swimming Club” sessions taking place at the SPGS pools on Tuesday (5:30pm - 6:30pm) and Thursday (4:30pm - 5:30pm). These sessions will be run by Brompton SC coaches and are intended for swimmers who’ve not had the opportunity to train consistently in the past. Attendees will be able to attend the Brompton Club Championships held in the autumn and summer each year should they be interested in racing, (but are under no obligation to compete).
These sessions are not a direct pathway into the club, but will give young swimmers more time in the water on a weekly basis that will help them improve and develop far more than the usual 30min per week swim lesson. We are not solely focused on getting swimmers “ready” to join a competitive swimming club, but rather we are looking to continue to develop their swimming technique and improve their fitness levels in a fun group setting.
The cost for a term of swimming will be £180 (plus a joining fee of £38 per year to cover registration with Swim England which is required for insurance purposes) although for this term the fee will be £135 as we are starting late. Swimmers will have access to both sessions every week although we will not have sessions during school holidays.
The sessions will start on Tuesday 28th of September and we are happy for swimmers to try a session before signing up for the term. The coaches will be outside the pool at the start of each session to being the swimmers into the facility.
